PAYING FOR PARKING

Pay by cash: All car parks are pay and display so you will need to have enough change available for your ticket. Alternative you can use RingGo.

Pay by card: RingGo is a quick and easy to use mobile phone service which allows you to pay for your parking by credit or debit card. To use the service you just dial the standard rated number shown on the machines and pay for your parking over the phone.

Once you are registered it is even easier when you use the service the next time. We have provided each car parks information above but you will also find it on each machine in the car parks.

With RingGo:

You no longer need to carry change
You don’t need to walk back with a parking ticket - Civil Enforcement Officers check which vehicles are parked with RingGo via their handheld units.
You can top up your parking when you’re away from your vehicle - So if you get held up or delayed, simply ring the RingGo number again from your mobile “dialed numbers”, top up remotely and avoid a parking fine.

PARKING REFUND SCHEME

A selected number of retailers and businesses in Westbourne operate a parking refund scheme so make sure you bring the 'parking refund voucher' from the machine with you and leave the parking ticket part from the machine in your car.

Any shop displaying the parking refund logo below will refund the first hours parking (£1) if you spend £20 or more in a single transaction. You must claim your refund at the time of purchase.

The scheme is not available to RingGo users.

A number of designated disabled parking bays are available in Poole Road, Milburn Road and Seamoor Road
